RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return process.
 
RETURNS
 
You can return the product to us within 7 days of delivery date. We accept returns only if you have received a defective product or a wrong product as of now. Shipment cost has to be paid by the customer
 
RETURN PROCESS
 
To return an item, please email our customer service at support@esposhop.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail it to us
 
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 


REFUNDS
 
The value of  all the returned products will be added as store credit on the website, which can be used in your future purchase



EXCEPTIONS    

Please contact us at the customer service number below for defective or damaged products to arrange a refund or exchange
 
MISSING
  • Parcel opening video is a must for return, refund, or missing requests. Without video, none of the request will be entertained
  • Some small products may be packed inside another product bag, please clearly check it 
  • If the Items missing are confirmed, we will reship those items or refund money for missing items
  • You are requested not to collect the the packet which is handed over to you in a tampered or damaged condition. If you collect those kinds of packets without our consent, we cant help with that.
